Strictly Salon operates on a 14 day returns promise. If the customer is completely unsatisfied with a product or if it is faulty, they must be firstly reported to us within 7 days of receipt photographic evidence (please send any evidence to firstname.lastname@example.org). Strictly Salon would then need to authorise for the return of the item/s to be returned back to us. Any authorised item/s must be returned to us in its original package and in an unused condition within 14 days of receipt. Once we receive the product/s, it/they would be examined and the customer will be refunded within 48 hours.
Please note that we can only accept items that have been opened if only they are faulty. Strictly Salon is not able to exchange products that are not damaged, faulty or incorrectly sent.
The customer has up to 14 days after delivery to withdraw or change their mind or would like to return a non-faulty item for a product they received. They can send the item back to us providing we have been informed and authorised the return of the item. Alternatively, if the customer prefers, Strictly Salon will exchange the item.
Please note that it is the customers’ responsibility to return the item back to us in a good and unused condition and that the postal charges are paid by the customer.
Returning products back with Free Gift
Any items that the customer would like to return back to Strictly Salon must be accompanied with the Free Gift that came with it, if applicable. The Free Gift must also be returned back to us in a good, original and unused condition. If the Free Gift has been used or lost or can’t be returned back to us, then the original retail asking price (prior to any discount) will be charged and the remaining funds will be refunded back to the customer.
Returning a product back
Please kindly send the item back to us in the following steps for a swift refund: – Please send the item back to us with a note stating the Order Reference Number, customers full name, contact number, an email address and a reason for returning the item if possible. – Please place the item in its original packaging (with the Free Gift if applicable) – Send the item back to the following address: Returns Department, Strictly Salon, 12 Winchester Road, London, E4 9LN
We will refund the customer in full within 48 hours of receiving the item back.
